IMES is an interdisciplinary research institute that focuses on international migration and the integration of immigrants and their descendants in host societies in a comparative perspective. Research projects revolve around themes such as transnationalism, religious diversity, multicultural democracy, radicalization, labour & entrepreneurship, generational change and urban public space. IMES also helps to develop educational programs and implements degrees at the BA, MA and PhD levels. |
